All of the while, complex ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), JAD (Job Ad Distributors), and recruitment advertising technologies exist to create the process of hiring faster and easier. So while this new technology of programmatic recruiting emerges, it might take some time for the ordinary recruiter or talent recruiter to embrace it.
That is fine, but the firm that uses technology to find the best employees are in a much better location to be successful.
