Post a Job
To get started, click the RedDot icon in Phenom, select your business unit and store ID, and then choose your publishers or job boards. Input any required media values and click "Post" to complete the process. The total cost will be displayed at the bottom of the form.
Improve Metrics & Billing
RedDot captures key internal fields beyond standard job board data, like business units and cost centers. This provides consolidated, customizable metrics across all sources, simplifying billing and delivering actionable reports. Budget limits can also be set for teams or users.
Check Performance
Access comprehensive job board data, including order history and performance metrics, by navigating to the Posting History icon. View detailed information for individual jobs or analyze aggregated data for all active postings.
Sponsor Hiring Events
To create an event, open the job in Phenom and click the RedDot link. Provide your business unit, name, and email, then specify the event type (in-person or virtual) and input the requested details. Click "Post" to finalize. For in-person events, RedDot will drive traffic to your Phenom landing page.
Implement Tracking Codes
Modify UTM codes with exceptional speed. Standard users can update source, medium, campaign, and custom UTM codes in a mere 10 seconds, while super users can accomplish this in just 15 seconds.
