Challenge: The task was to develop a dual application process to ensure all applicants were added to Phenom while providing recruiters with email notifications
- The project solution consisted of:
- Created XML for job distribution to all sites within their marketing campaigns
- Set up quick-apply (where supported) to increase application volume while reducing CPA.
- Set up the application volume per job pause. This feature automatically pauses the job across all sites when the desired number of applications is received, preventing an overwhelming number of applications and ensuring a manageable workload.
- Email recruiter copy of candidate profile while simultaneously creating candidate profile in Phenom database
- This enables recruiters to maintain comfortable email workflows without losing candidate data to email black holes
- Monitor application numbers to trigger removal or pause upon reaching the desired application count.
- Notify the job marketing team when a job reaches the paused count.
