How to post a job:
Click the RedDot icon in Phenom
Your details:
select your business unit, store id. to enable granular metrics and billing
Publishers/Boards:
click on the Publishers you want to use; enter media value where needed
Post:
click the green post button

How to sponsor an event:
Create Event:
Open a job in Phenom, then click the RedDot link in Phenom
Your details:
select your business unit, enter your name and email
Person or Virtual {Indeed}
choose what type of event, and input the requested details
Post:
click the green post button. If it’s an in-person, we’ll drive traffic to the Phenom landing page.
